Make a Claim

Our aim is to make the claim process as easy and quick as possible. You can submit a claim to us by either completing it ONLINE or DOWNLOADING a form and posting it to our office. To ensure your claim is processed quickly and efficiently, all relevant sections of the claim form must be completed and all the supporting documents are included.

You can also choose to lodge the claim over the PHONE with us. Please make sure you have full details of the loss or damage with you at the time of the call.

Note: We will not authorise any repairs, however you are required to undertake all emergency repairs necessary to minimise your loss.
