Making a claim
As a finalist in the 2020 Mansfield Awards (recognising excellence in claims) we know the importance of making the claims process easy. To help our clients, we invest in innovative technologies to help provide excellent support from cover to claim. So, if you need to make a claim, visit our online claims portal, which allows you to easily tell us what happened, provide necessary quotes and invoices, upload documentation and submit a claim.
Click here to pay your premium online. Make sure you have your invoice handy so you can easily fill in the form. You will also need your credit or debit card details to process the payment.
Emergency support after-hours
Is your enquiry an emergency? And after-hours? EBM RentCover has a service available for those who need urgent support. Please call 423 LMI CLAIMS (0423 564 252) for help. If your enquiry can wait until office opening hours (830am-5pm AEST), please refrain from using the above number - it is only for those who are facing dire emergencies e.g. a home has burnt down and the lanldord/agent needs support and guidance for submitting a claim.
