What constitutes an emergency? An emergency is an event that poses an immediate risk to the property or the tenant. It is something that, without immediate intervention, will worsen. For example, a house fire or severe flood.
To determine if your enquiry is an emergency, does your situation meet the below criteria:
If you answered yes to the above, please contact 1300 585 870. Our after-hours emergency team is available 365 days a year, 24/7 (that includes public holidays!). If your situation is not an emergency (e.g. it is in regard to loss of rent only or a general enquiry), please contact the EBM RentCover team during office hours.

IMPORTANT: If you are a Corporate Authorised Representative or Distributor of EBM RentCover (and have access to our online agent portal), you can apply for cover using RCPLive.
You can cancel a policy at any time.
If you no longer need landlord insurance, please email enquiries@rentcover.com.au. In the subject line, write: Cancel my policy. Then, within the body of the email, please provide the following information:
