Important info for new clients

Unfortunately, we are not taking on new business

To ensure we can continue offering our existing clients the service they have come to know and love, a decision has been made to stop taking on new business (however, we will continue working with landlords who are clients of property managers that are appropriately partnered with us).

What this means for existing clients

If you are a current client of EBM RentCover, this does not apply to you. Your cover is still in place and the policy will continue to cover what it is designed to cover. Please note, this also does not impact renewals.

What this means for new landlords

If you are a new client, you are unable to take out an insurance policy with us (unless your property manager is appropriately partnered with us). This is to ensure we can continue offering our existing clients the service they have come to know and love. Not sure if your property manager is aligned with EBM RentCover? Touch base with them to find out.

What this means for agents

If you are an authorised Distributor or Corporate Authorised Representative of EBM RentCover, please touch base with your Relationship Manager to discuss what options are available to you.
