Communication is key for Celica

Employee CelicaCelica Olsson has always enjoyed asking questions and getting to know people and as EBMs’ Client Services Consultant, she has a role that provides the opportunity to do this every day.
 
As a Client Services Consultants in Western Australia, Celica says she enjoys the fast paced environment and being able to use her well-honed communication skills to help both agents and customers.
 
Celica spends her day answering client queries and resolving issues and it’s important, she says, to take the time to help them.
 
“I’ve been with EBM for only four months and no two calls are ever the same but I love communicating with people and I’m enjoying the challenge,” she said.
 
Celica’s communication skills were developed at Curtin University where she studied for a degree in journalism. She continues to develop her writing skills in her spare time and is a keen blogger.
 
While not writing or working, Celica enjoys travelling and has been lucky enough to travel to the USA twice – the first time to experience a white Christmas in New York and the second where she explored the Deep South in the middle of the hot summer months.
 
When in Perth, Celica’s winter weekends are taken-up with netball – a sport she has enjoyed for years and one she hopes to continue for some time to come.
