In his role as General Manager at EBM RentCover, Edward brings more than 13 years of industry expertise and a strong commitment to driving innovation and continuous improvement. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, he plays a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy and ensuring the business remains flexible, future‑focused, and aligned with the needs of both its people and its clients.

Edward began his career at EBM RentCover straight out of university as a Client Services Consultant. In that role, he developed a strong foundation in landlord insurance, underwriting, and claims management – knowledge that continues to inform his leadership today.

Previously, as National Relationship Manager, Edward led a team of experienced professionals to deliver tailored risk‑management solutions to real estate specialists across the country. His background includes a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Financial Risk Management) and a Diploma of Insurance Broking, further strengthening his ability to educate and support agents on market risks and insurance trends.

Edward’s leadership continues to guide EBM RentCover’s evolution in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
